We share what has worked for us, honestly and without exaggeration. AI systems vary by model, provider, configuration, and use case. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, performance level, or business result from applying the capsule. You use the materials at your own discretion and risk.
Our marketing content is drawn from real logs and real operations. Numbers we publish reflect actual events at the time they were recorded. Where we show a demonstration, we show what our agent does — the specifics of how it is configured remain part of the licensed materials.
All Site content, branding (including the torii mark and "The Agent Dojo" name), written materials, and the capsule are our intellectual property. Purchasing a licence grants use, not ownership.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Agent Dojo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the capsule, or your own AI agent. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
